You are permitted to hold only one (1) Account with goda83. Multiple Accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited. If we detect that you hold or control multiple Accounts, all such Accounts will be suspended or closed, and any winnings may be forfeited.
To use our Services, you must complete the Account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, phone number, and preferred payment method details. All information provided during registration must be truthful and verifiable.

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and restriction of withdrawal privileges. We reserve the right to conduct additional verification checks at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username, password, and any other security credentials. You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to immediately notify goda83 of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. goda83 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, whether authorized by you or not. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication (if available) to enhance Account security.
You must keep your Account information accurate and up to date. You agree to promptly notify goda83 of any changes to your personal information, including changes of address, email, phone number, or payment methods. goda83 is not responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect Account information.
goda83 accepts deposits through various Indonesian payment methods including bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the Platform during the deposit process.
You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. goda83 reserves the right to void any bets, bonuses, or winnings derived from third-party funds and return the deposit to its source.
Most deposits are processed instantly or within minutes. However, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and your financial institution. goda83 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider. Deposits may be subject to verification checks, which could result in processing delays.
You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
Verified Accounts typically receive withdrawal approvals within 1-24 hours. First-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds may require additional verification and take up to 48-72 hours. Actual fund transfer times depend on your receiving bank or payment provider and may take an additional 1-3 business days.
goda83 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first withdrawal per month. Subsequent withdrawals within the same calendar month may be subject to processing fees as displayed on the Platform. Your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control.
In compliance with anti-money laundering regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Accounts used solely for transferring funds without genuine gaming activity may be suspended and subject to investigation. goda83 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, and their Accounts may be permanently closed.
goda83 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or accept any bet at our sole discretion. Bets are not considered accepted until confirmed by our system and a transaction record is generated. We reserve the right to void bets placed due to technical errors, obvious pricing mistakes, or system malfunctions.
All game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or official sports results from recognized governing bodies. In the event of a dispute regarding game outcomes, the decision of goda83 management is final, subject to regulatory oversight where applicable. For sports betting, official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body will be used for settlement purposes.

The Platform and all Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. goda83 makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, goda83 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the amount of your Account balance at the time of the claim, or the amount of deposits made in the three months preceding the claim, whichever is lower.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless goda83 and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms and Conditions, (b) your violation of any applicable laws or regulations, (c) your infringement of any third-party rights, or (d) any misuse of the Platform or Services.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance subject to verification of identity and compliance with anti-money laundering procedures. Once an Account is closed, you may not create a new Account without our express permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of our Platform. Upon termination, all pending bets will be voided, and any bonuses or promotional funds will be forfeited. Legitimate funds may be returned to you after verification and investigation, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to goda83.
Accounts that remain inactive (no login or wagering activity) for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. Dormant Accounts may be subject to monthly maintenance fees as permitted by applicable law. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before applying such fees.
